The company
Casa Layer builds a guest data infrastructure layer for hotels, stitching together fragmented records from PMS, POS, booking engines and spa software into a single 'Master Profile' per guest. An identity resolution engine matches and merges records with confidence scoring, exposed to staff, CRMs and third-party AI agents via an open REST API and MCP server.
Modern hotel tech stacks have splintered guest identity across half a dozen platforms, so even loyal returning customers go unrecognised. As hotels wire AI agents into operations, those agents need one clean source of truth to act on — not six contradictory ones.
The company was founded in 2026 to tackle a problem created by hotel technology itself: as properties bolted on more specialist software, the guest got lost between the systems. Casa Layer's answer is deliberately unglamorous plumbing rather than yet another application.
Founded by Dylan Firn out of London, the company is taking a contrarian, independent stance — it doesn't sell the application suites its data feeds, which keeps the master guest record autonomous and able to outlive any software swap. Casa Layer says its engineers handle integration via APIs and scheduled exports over a three-week setup.
