BotCircuits
No-code AI agents for customer operations automation.

The company
BotCircuits is a no-code platform for building AI agents that automate customer operations in financial services. Rather than just answering questions, the agents are designed to execute tasks and resolve issues — think lead qualification, application guidance and claims updates for lending, mortgage, banking and insurance firms.
Financial services teams are drowning in customer interactions that demand action, not just answers, yet most conversational AI stops at the reply. BotCircuits is betting the next wave is agentic — bridging conversation to task resolution without an engineering team in the loop.
According to the company, CTO Tharanga Thennakoon built the core product — an AI agent builder with a deterministic workflow engine — over a year before the venture was formally established. The founders say they solidified their collaboration only after validating the idea with several clients, including two banks and an insurance company.
The founding team says it brings extensive experience building scalable AI platforms and enterprise systems, and shipped a working product before raising. Early client validation and support from accelerator Antler suggest the idea has been tested outside the building.
