What they're building

AerSynx is building a modular aviation ERP that puts one operational record — aircraft, engines, components, business partners and evidence — underneath CAMO airworthiness, Part-145 maintenance production, technical records, lease management, supply and trading, inventory and quality workflows. Modules can also be bought separately, so operators, CAMOs, MROs and lessors aren't forced into a big-bang switch.

Why now

Aviation still runs much of its airworthiness and records work across spreadsheets and disconnected tools, while regulatory load — daily-changing EASA/FAA ADs and multi-jurisdiction sanctions screening — keeps growing. AerSynx leans into that with a daily-synced AD library and nightly re-screening against EU, UN, UK and US lists.

The backstory

Founded in 2026 in Tallinn, AerSynx is tackling the unglamorous spine of aviation operations — technical records and compliance — that most software has treated as an afterthought. The company says AI reads and classifies scanned technical documents and extracts life-limited-part candidates, but master records only change through human approval.

Why this team

The company is led by founder Onur Hazar Altındağ and built around a product thesis that compliance-critical data needs a single source of truth with humans in the loop. With pedigree details limited, the proof will be in how the founding team ships across such a broad module set.
