Specifically, the Z-System® employs a 15mm diameter carbon fiber composite rod, while the Z-Line® is a slimmer, gravity-deployed cable. Both systems enable Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) and Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS), providing comprehensive data on well integrity, production flow, and inter-well connectivity. This data empowers operators to make informed decisions on matters such as hydraulic fracturing effectiveness, diverter performance, and optimal cluster spacing in unconventional horizontal wells.
