Zero Power Robotics, also known as Zerith, is a Chinese startup founded in January 2025 that specializes in the development and commercialization of humanoid robots. The company was co-incubated by Tsinghua University and the Jianghuai Advanced Technology Center. The founding team includes Min Yuheng, Cheng Yi, and Li Yizhe, who were students at the Shenzhen International Graduate School of Tsinghua University, and Zhang Zhening, a graduate of the Tsinghua AI Lab. In its first year, the company completed three rounds of financing, raising over 100 million RMB, and secured orders exceeding 100 million RMB.

Zero Power Robotics develops autonomous robots for commercial service applications in sectors such as hospitality, cleaning, education, and entertainment. The company's business model is centered on leveraging AI-driven design, advanced motion control, and autonomous driving-inspired solutions to create robots for these environments. Their products are intended to address labor shortages and improve efficiency by handling repetitive and demanding tasks.

The company's product line includes several robot models. The ZERITH-H1 is a wheeled humanoid robot designed for tasks like home cleaning and industrial component assembly. Another version of the H1 is engineered for hotel housekeeping, capable of cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, and navigating narrow corridors. The Z1 is a bipedal humanoid robot with 27 degrees of freedom, designed for stable navigation on complex terrain and envisioned for tasks in hospitality and entertainment. The F1 model is a dual-arm robot intended for tasks that require dexterous manipulation. These robots are equipped with advanced sensor technology, including hyperspectral visual and tactile sensors, to capture data across multiple modalities like vision, force, and touch. The company also utilizes a "virtual-reality self-reinforcement learning" architecture to train its models, which has demonstrated a high success rate in tasks like desktop cleaning.
