Z-Trip has secured significant funding to support its growth, including a Series A and A+ financing of approximately USD 14 million in 2020, with investors like DCM Ventures and Tao Zhang, the founder of Dazhong Dianping. In 2021, it closed another round for millions of dollars from investors including CITIC Capital. These funds have been allocated to product development, resource aggregation, and customer service enhancements. By 2021, the company served over 1,500 enterprise customers, including prominent names like Fosun Group, Ping An Insurance Group, and China Construction Engineering Design Group.
