The company's primary product is the Apex Hand, a versatile and high-performance dexterous hand designed for embodied AI research and real-world deployment. The Apex Hand features 21 degrees of freedom (16 active), enabling it to replicate complex human motions with high precision. It is engineered for robustness in demanding environments and has a high payload capacity, capable of lifting up to 30 kg. Key features include a fingertip force of over 20N, a joint angular velocity exceeding 400°/s, and optional tactile sensing that provides data on pressure distribution and tangential force. This technology is aimed at overcoming key bottlenecks in the practical application of embodied intelligence. Yuansheng Intelligent Robotics operates on a "general platform" business model. It provides customers with complete hardware, supporting software systems, and foundational data, allowing clients to focus on algorithm and model optimization. The initial target market is semi-structured scenarios, such as flexible assembly tasks in factories that are challenging for traditional automation. As the technology matures, the firm plans to expand into civilian applications like home services.
