Youwin Education (优胜教育), formally Beijing Excellent Glory Education Technology Co., Ltd., was a prominent comprehensive education and training institution in China. Founded in 2004 by Chen Hao, the company was headquartered in Beijing and grew to operate over 1,100 franchised and directly-owned learning centers across the country. Chen Hao, who served as chairman, was also known as a franchising expert and a media personality, appearing as a recurring guest on the business reality TV show "Only You" (非你莫属).

The company's core business focused on providing personalized, one-on-one tutoring services for students aged 6 to 18, covering primary, middle, and high school subjects. Its main offering, "Youwin 1-on-1," aimed to improve students' academic performance, learning methods, and overall capabilities. Over the years, Youwin expanded its portfolio to include素质教育 (quality-oriented education) programs such as "Youwipai" (优胜派), family education projects, and study-abroad tours. The business model relied heavily on a franchising system and significant upfront tuition payments from parents.

Despite its large scale, Youwin Education faced a severe crisis in 2020. Reports emerged of widespread campus closures, unpaid staff salaries, and a failure to refund prepaid tuition fees to thousands of parents. The company's financial collapse was attributed to a broken capital chain, exacerbated by the competitive pressures within China's private education sector. This situation led to protests at its Beijing headquarters and significant regulatory scrutiny, becoming a high-profile example of the risks within the private tutoring industry, which was booming before a major government crackdown in 2021.
