Yomirgo was founded in 2025 and made its global debut on June 21, 2025, at both the IFIC Shanghai AI Agent Web3 Innovation Summit and the Nexus2140 conference in Korea.

The company pioneered the concept of the "AI Agent Asset," which posits that the core value of an AI asset should stem from the real cash flow generated by its use, rather than market speculation. The platform has implemented a complete on-chain lifecycle for AI agents, including asset issuance (Initial Agent Offering - IAO), trading, staking, and mining, to establish a high-frequency, sustainable transaction loop. Yomirgo is expanding its ecosystem by partnering with applications in key sectors such as finance, entertainment, healthcare, and e-commerce to accelerate the adoption of the "AI-Agent-as-a-Service" business model.

In August 2025, Yomirgo announced the completion of a $5 million Pre-A financing round. The round was led by Gobi Partners, with participation from investors including BMJ Group, FINWEX, Quest Eternal Group, Infinite Labs, and ZC Capital. The funds are intended to drive technological and product innovation, expand its network of ecosystem partners and user base, and promote the implementation of AI and blockchain applications across various fields.
