This platform utilizes a synthetic dsRNA complex that activates the immune system through TLR3, RIG-I, and MDA-5 signaling pathways to induce a prompt production of interferons and cytokines. This technology forms the basis for a new generation of vaccines and therapeutics designed to offer improved treatments for viral infections and cancer. The product pipeline includes several clinical-stage candidates, such as the PIKA rabies vaccine, which aims to provide faster protection with a one-week regimen compared to the conventional three or four-week schedules.
