The concept for the company originated from a conversation between CEO Michael Bosstick and his wife, Lauryn Evarts Bosstick, who co-host the podcast 'The Skinny Confidential Him & Her.' While on vacation, they identified a significant gap in the media landscape for female-hosted podcasts and sought to create a platform to address it.

The company operates on a comprehensive 360-degree business model, managing the entire podcasting lifecycle from initial concept to production, distribution, and commerce.
