Shenzhen Huada Beidou Technology Co., Ltd. (YBR) specializes in the autonomous design, development, and sale of navigation and positioning chips, algorithms, and related products. The company was established on December 6, 2016, originating from the navigation chip design business of China Electronics Corporation (CEC), a Fortune 500 company. It was co-founded by Sun Zhongliang and jointly invested in by several enterprises, including China Electronics Optics Valley, SAIC Motor, and Beijing Automotive Group.

YBR serves a broad market, including consumer electronics, automotive applications, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Its product lines are developed for specific applications such as shared bikes, in-vehicle systems, drones, smart terminals, and high-precision positioning. The company's offerings include various chip and module series like the HD8040 for logistics and vehicle monitoring, the HD8089A automotive-grade chip, and the HD9300 series for centimeter-level high-precision applications. The business model focuses on providing these chips and comprehensive application solutions to its diverse client base.

Since its inception, YBR has achieved significant milestones, including being recognized as a national high-tech enterprise. The company has successfully completed multiple funding rounds, securing an A round in November 2019, a B round in May 2021 led by CPE, and a C round in March 2022, with participation from notable investors like GBA Fund and CICC Capital. In 2022, it was honored as a national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise.
