Xi'an Dome Medical Technology (Neurodome), founded in 2019, is a hard-tech enterprise specializing in non-invasive deep brain neuromodulation. The co-founder and CEO, Dr. Li Long, graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University, specializing in nervous system functional intervention technology. The co-founder and Chief Scientist, Wang Jue, is a recognized expert in the Chinese neuromodulation field. This expertise has enabled the company to develop a significant technical barrier in the TI stimulation field. In May 2025, the company appointed Nir Grossman, the inventor of TI technology, as its exclusive chief technical advisor.

The company has developed several product lines, including the NervioX-1000 for research and the TIs-EMO-1000 for medical use, alongside MRI-compatible kits, feedback systems, navigation software, and animal electrodes. Neurodome has undergone multiple financing rounds to support its growth, including an angel round from Peak Rock Capital and Shunwei Capital, a Pre-A round of tens of millions of yuan in December 2023, and a recent A+ round of nearly 100 million yuan in March 2026.
