Crack allows users to engage in open-ended conversations and storytelling, which has driven high user engagement, with some users spending an average of two hours per day on the app. Another offering is Wrtn Agent OS, which enables users and developers to create their own AI agents and apps through a no-code interface.

Wrtn Technologies has secured significant funding, with its cumulative investment reaching approximately 130 billion won ($88.5 million) after a Series B round in March 2025. This funding is being used for global expansion, with established offices in Tokyo and Dubai, and plans to enter the US, Southeast Asian, and Middle Eastern markets. The company's strategy focuses on localizing its services for non-English speaking markets and building a platform ecosystem rather than developing proprietary LLMs.
