Positioned as a legal front door, it captures requests wherever they arrive—email, Slack, Salesforce, Teams or informal business questions—then auto-triages and routes by priority, revenue impact and jurisdiction, resolves routine work against the team's playbook with agents, and records ownership, decisions and rationale in real time so lawyers only step in when judgment is required. Capabilities span intake, contract review and drafting, research, repositories and reporting, with integrations including Microsoft Word, Slack and Microsoft 365. In June 2026 Wordsmith raised a €60.2 million ($70 million) Series B from Highland Europe and Index Ventures among others, bringing total funding to about €86 million ($100 million) to advance the AI platform, grow toward 300 employees and expand in the US.
