Wisła Kraków is a professional football club based in Kraków, Poland, founded in 1906. The club was established by students of the Second Practical School, inspired by their professor, Tadeusz Łopuszański. It is one of the most successful clubs in Polish football history, having secured 13 national championships and five Polish Cups.

The club's formative years saw it win its first Polish Cup in 1926, followed by consecutive league titles in 1927 and 1928, led by the legendary Henryk Reyman, after whom the club's stadium is now named. A dominant era for Wisła occurred between 1999 and 2011, a period during which the club won eight league championships following its acquisition by Bogusław Cupiał's company, Tele-Fonika Kable S.A., in 1998. This era also saw the club compete in European competitions against teams like Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Inter Milan, and Schalke 04. After the Tele-Fonika period, the club faced significant financial challenges, including the threat of bankruptcy in 2018.

Wisła Kraków operates as a joint-stock company (Spółka Akcyjna). Its business model includes traditional revenue streams like ticket sales, alongside commercial activities such as sponsorships, advertising, and VIP hospitality packages managed through its 'Wisła Biznes' program. The club plays its home matches at the Henryk Reyman Stadium, which has a capacity of over 33,000. The club is majority-owned by chairman Jarosław Królewski, with other notable shareholders including former player Jakub Błaszczykowski and, as of July 2025, former Liverpool CEO Peter Moore, who also serves as an advisor to the board.
