Founded in 2021 by Udit Chawla, Rohit Bhavsar, Nikhil Pratap Singh, Bhupendra Pal, and Arun Solanki, the Noida-based startup aims to integrate the Himalayan superfruit into daily wellness routines.

The company's product line includes supplements, personal care items, and nutrition products such as juices, oils, capsules, and gummies. These offerings address various health aspects, including immunity, skin and hair health, digestion, and energy levels. WellWith utilizes advanced extraction methods like CO₂ supercritical extraction to maintain the nutritional integrity of the sea buckthorn, which is rich in omega fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants. The formulations are inspired by traditional Ayurvedic and Tibetan medicine and are backed by modern scientific research.

WellWith operates a direct-to-consumer business model, selling its products online and through a pan-India direct-selling ecosystem that includes community-focused initiatives. The company also engages in B2B sales, offering bulk ingredients and private labeling to partners in the nutraceutical and cosmetic industries. To fund its growth, WellWith secured Rs 1.25 crore in a seed funding round led by BeyondSeed. The capital is allocated towards advancing clinical research to validate product efficacy and strengthening its supply chain infrastructure in Ladakh.
