Webpay is a Belarusian payment service provider that has been operating in the country's online payments market since 2007. The company, legally registered as «WEB PAY» LLC in Minsk, became the first payment service provider to join the Belarus High-Tech Park in 2008. It functions as a comprehensive payment gateway, offering modern solutions for businesses to accept online payments.

The firm's core business is providing internet acquiring services. It enables merchants to accept payments on their websites, in mobile applications, or via invoicing through generated links and QR codes. The platform is an accredited service provider for international payment systems like Visa and Mastercard, as well as the local Belarusian systems, Belkart and "Payment" SSIS. This allows businesses to accept payments from a wide range of bank cards. Webpay's system is engineered for security, complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and utilizing technologies like 3D-Secure to protect transactions.

Webpay serves a diverse client base across various sectors in Belarus, including e-commerce stores, hotels, travel agencies, insurance companies, and ticket operators. Revenue is generated through a commission on transactions, which varies depending on the acquiring bank partner. The company partners with nine major banks in the Republic of Belarus to offer different pricing options to its business clients. Beyond standard payment processing, Webpay also provides a remote customer identification service, helping businesses authorize new customers globally without a physical presence.
