Her professional background as a civil engineer, with over a decade of experience in management and sales for large corporations like Votorantim and Hilti, provided her with a strong foundation in business management. This experience was pivotal in identifying the opportunity to build a solution for a widespread problem.

The company's primary business model is B2B, serving corporate clients by offering mental health solutions as an employee benefit. Vittude's revenue is generated through access fees paid by companies for one or two-year contracts, which give their employees access to therapy and educational services. The corporate client can choose to subsidize the full or partial cost of the therapy sessions for their employees.
