Grupo iZen is a major independent audiovisual production group in Spain, resulting from the 2017 merger of Zebra Producciones and Veralia Contenidos, a former subsidiary of Grupo Vocento. The group was founded to consolidate its position in the Spanish market and is led by President Jose Velasco and CEO Sara Fernández-Velasco. In a strategic move for international expansion, French media group Newen, part of the TF1 group, acquired a majority stake in iZen.

The company produces a wide array of content, including fiction, entertainment, factuals, documentaries, digital series, and feature films, for national and regional channels as well as streaming platforms. Notable productions include 'El Cid' for Amazon Prime Video and 'Insiders', Netflix's first reality show created in Spain. iZen's business model involves creating original content, co-productions, and adapting formats for clients like broadcasters and streamers. The group also engages in branded entertainment, helping brands integrate into audiovisual projects.

iZen has expanded its international footprint through partnerships with UK production companies and a joint venture in Latin America called Cacao & Cía, created with the Non Stop group to produce Spanish-language content. The company is actively investing in technology, including virtual sets, AI for creative development, and in-house post-production facilities, to enhance its production capabilities and adapt to market changes.
