V12 is an AI-first offensive security startup building an autonomous system that finds and exploits software vulnerabilities at scale. Rather than generic penetration testing, V12 focuses on white-box code auditing — reasoning over large codebases to discover new bug classes and produce working exploits. Its AI agent has reportedly uncovered multiple critical zero-days, including Linux privilege escalations, a QEMU escape, Firefox UXSS, and remote code execution flaws in Postgres and Redis, and independently earned a $2.5M bug bounty for a critical blockchain vulnerability that put over $100M in user funds at risk. The team previously founded blockchain security firm Zellic, which completed more than 1,500 security reviews for over 500 clients, and earlier led the perfect blue CTF team.
