This insight led to the creation of UUPaotui, which initially recruited local motorcycle drivers in Zhengzhou to build its service fleet.

The company operates on a crowdsourcing business model, connecting individual users and businesses with a vast network of gig workers, known as "paonan" or "runners," via a mobile application.
