Chengdu ICloudUnion Technology Co., Ltd., also known as Union BigData, was established in October 2012. Founded by prominent Chinese big data figure Zhou Tao, the company has positioned itself as a key service provider in China's push for digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing. The firm is co-founded and chaired by Fu Yan.

ICloudUnion focuses on the development and application of big data and artificial intelligence technologies.
