Unearth secured multiple funding rounds, including a $1.5 million seed round in 2016, a $7 million Series A in 2019 led by Vulcan Capital with participation from Madrona Venture Group, and a $3 million debt financing in 2021, bringing its total funding to $11.6 million. A significant milestone occurred in September 2023 when Unearth was acquired by Procore Technologies, a major construction management software company, for a reported $6.8 million in cash, with the total value of the acquired technology valued at $9.2 million.
