Uncensored is a YouTube-driven media venture founded by broadcaster and journalist Piers Morgan. After departing from Rupert Murdoch's News UK in early 2025, Morgan took full ownership of the Uncensored YouTube channel. The company is expanding into a broader digital media group with plans for multiple editorial verticals under the Uncensored brand, covering subjects like sport, history, technology, and true crime.

The business model is centered on creating personality-driven content for its YouTube channel, which boasts 4.3 million subscribers, with a significant audience in the US, the Middle East, South Africa, and Asia. Revenue is generated through advertising, with a four-year revenue-sharing agreement with News UK until 2029. The company has recently been finalizing a fundraising round of approximately $30 million, giving it a pre-money valuation of about $130 million. Key investors include The Raine Group, a US-based merchant bank, and Greek media magnate Theo Kyriakou of Antenna Group. As part of this expansion, Joe Ravitch, co-founder of The Raine Group, is expected to join the board.

Uncensored aims to capitalize on the shift in the media landscape towards personality-driven brands on platforms like YouTube. The company's content includes high-profile interviews that have generated hundreds of millions of views. Future plans include launching new shows such as "History Uncensored," hosted by former CNN host Bianca Novillo.
