The company's business is divided into four main divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank. The Global Wealth Management division offers comprehensive financial services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The Personal & Corporate Banking division provides a broad range of financial products and services to private, corporate, and institutional clients in Switzerland. The Asset Management division offers a variety of investment products and services across different asset classes. The Investment Bank provides a range of advisory, underwriting, and research services, as well as sales and trading in equities, fixed income, rates, and foreign exchange.

UBS makes money through fees for its wealth management and asset management services, interest income from its lending activities, and trading income from its investment banking operations.
