For healthcare providers, Ubie offers a suite of tools, including "Ubie for Hospitals" (also known as AI Monshin) and "Ubie Smart Support". These services streamline patient intake by allowing them to complete a medical questionnaire on a tablet before their consultation. This process automates data capture, reduces administrative workload for medical staff, and provides doctors with preliminary insights before seeing the patient, thus improving workflow efficiency. The company also collaborates with pharmaceutical companies on digital marketing and patient discovery initiatives.

Since its founding, Ubie has achieved significant growth and financial backing. The company's cumulative funding has surpassed $125 million from investors including Google, Rakuten Capital, and Mayo Clinic. In February 2026, Ubie announced a collaboration with Mayo Clinic to co-develop a unified digital front door platform called Ubie Smart Support, aiming to streamline patient access and scheduling.
