Twenty is an Arlington, Virginia-based technology company that develops cyber capabilities for warfare and intelligence. Founded in 2024 by a team of decorated veterans and elite cyber operators, the company emerged from stealth in November 2025. The founding team includes CEO Joe Lin, a former U.S. Navy reserve officer and product management leader at Palo Alto Networks; CTO Leo Olson, who worked at Expanse and was a signals intelligence officer for the U.S. Army; and VP of Engineering Skyler Onken, who has over a decade of experience at U.S. Cyber Command and the U.S. Army.

The company's primary clients are the U.S. military and the Intelligence Community. Twenty's business model centers on building and deploying intelligent, autonomous, end-to-end systems that accelerate the offensive cyber operations lifecycle. This is in response to a perceived gap in U.S. offensive cyber capabilities compared to adversaries. The company provides technologies that give U.S. and allied partners an information edge to achieve operational dominance. Its products are designed for conflict, aiming to transform workflows that previously took weeks into automated, continuous operations across hundreds of targets simultaneously.

Twenty has secured a total of $38 million in funding. Its Series A round was led by Caffeinated Capital, with participation from General Catalyst and In-Q-Tel, the CIA's venture capital arm. The company has also been awarded government contracts, including one worth up to $12.6 million with the U.S. Cyber Command and a smaller research contract with the Navy. Twenty is focused on industrializing cyber power with enterprise-grade systems that generate outcomes at a large scale, moving beyond theoretical or defensive postures to build capabilities for active cyber conflicts.
