Tsingyun Intelligence (清云智通) is a high-tech enterprise that emerged from nearly 40 years of research at Tsinghua University's Department of Chemical Engineering and Department of Automation. Founded in March 2019, the company focuses on providing comprehensive digital services for the entire lifecycle of industrial processes, from design and construction to production and operation. It leverages industrial big data, artificial intelligence, and digital twin technologies to accelerate the development of safe, low-carbon, and intelligent unmanned factories in the process industry.

The company serves clients in sectors such as petrochemical, energy, metallurgy, and new materials. Its core offerings include green process technologies, industrial software, intelligent equipment, and industrial large model applications. By integrating advanced control technology with molecular-level process simulation, Tsingyun Intelligence aims to break the monopoly of foreign industrial software giants. The business model centers on creating a "digital design + digital manufacturing + digital operation" ecosystem to help clients reduce costs, increase efficiency, and lower carbon emissions.

Tsingyun has achieved significant milestones, including launching its first product in December 2019 and securing Series B and B+ financing rounds in 2022, led by GL Ventures and Sinopec Capital respectively. The company has been recognized as a national-level "specialized, refined, differential and innovational (SRDI) Little Giant" enterprise and has been listed as a "China Potential Unicorn." The firm was co-founded by Tsinghua University, Tsinghua Holdings, and Zhongguancun Development Group.
