Triomics is a San Francisco-based company founded in 2020 by Sarim Khan, Hrituraj Singh, and Sajjan Rajpurohit, which specializes in applying generative artificial intelligence to oncology. Triomics' core technology is OncoLLM™, an oncology-focused large language model framework designed to analyze complex and unstructured electronic health records (EHR), including doctor's notes, PDFs, and lab results. This system transforms the data into actionable insights, addressing the challenge that over 80% of healthcare data is unstructured. The platform includes specific tools like 'Prism' for automated patient-to-clinical-trial matching and 'Harmony' for curating EHR data for quality reporting and cohort analysis. This automation significantly accelerates processes that would otherwise take hours of manual review, with studies showing OncoLLM can match patients to trials with over 90% accuracy in minutes. By integrating with existing EHR systems, the software helps cancer centers streamline operations, accelerate clinical trial enrollment, and support precision oncology.
