About Town

Town is a US developer of an AI work assistant, branded Townies, that learns how an individual works and then handles email, scheduling, meeting preparation and documents across connected tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram and Notion. Each user is paired with a personal assistant that builds a knowledge base of their people, projects and voice, drafts replies, triages the inbox, prepares meeting briefings and runs recurring routines, while permission controls govern what it can send or change, and data is not used to train models by default. The product serves both individuals and teams through subscription plans ranging from a free tier to Starter, Pro, Power and Team tiers.
