TCPR (Tongchuang Purun / 同创普润) develops and manufactures ultra-high-purity metals used as feedstock for semiconductor sputtering targets — including 6N aluminum, 6N tantalum, 7N copper and 5N manganese — with plants in Shanghai Fengxian, Lishui, Yuyao and Harbin. Founded in 2012 by materials scientist Yao Lijun, the group has taken multi-hundred-million RMB growth capital (including a China National Building Material new-materials fund lead) and is a clear domestic UHP target-metal supplier for advanced-node interconnect and barrier processes.
