About Tomorro

Tomorro is a French software-as-a-service company that provides an AI-powered platform for contract lifecycle management (CLM). Founded in 2020 by Antoine Fabre (CEO), Sébastien Decrême (CTO), and Thibaut Caoudal (CRO), the company was established after the founders identified significant inefficiencies in traditional contract management processes through interviews with over 100 legal, sales, and finance teams. They observed that manual, fragmented, and slow processes involving multiple tools and poor collaboration were common pain points.

The company's platform is designed to streamline the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to signing, tracking, and storage. It serves various departments within a company, including legal, sales, finance, human resources, and procurement. Tomorro's business model is centered on providing a collaborative, centralized system that automates processes and improves visibility over legal and financial risks. The platform targets any B2B company with a legal team and has attracted over 300 clients, including prominent names like Nestlé, Veja, Qonto, and Ingenico.

A core component of Tomorro's offering is its generative AI assistant, named Oro. This tool assists users at every stage of the contract process. Its features include AI-assisted contract generation, review, summarization, data extraction, and analysis. Oro can analyze contracts to flag risks, suggest modifications based on the company's contractual policy, and extract key data to automate monitoring and reminders for important deadlines. This AI integration is intended to reduce time spent on manual tasks, accelerate negotiations, and empower operational teams with more autonomy. The platform also includes dynamic templates, configurable approval workflows, e-signature capabilities, and integrations with other business software like CRMs.

Tomorro has secured significant funding to fuel its growth and product development. After an €11 million Series A round in late 2023, the company raised €25 million in a Series B round in March 2025. This later round was led by XAnge and Acton Capital, with participation from new and existing investors such as Adelie, Founders Future, HenQ, Resonance, and Motier Venture. These funds are allocated for European expansion, starting with the opening of an office in Germany, and for doubling its investment in AI to further develop features like AI-assisted negotiation.
