Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (TYSiC / 天域半导体) was founded in 2009 in Dongguan and is China’s first private SiC epitaxial wafer specialist and the first domestic SiC epi maker with IATF 16949 automotive QMS. On 5 Dec 2025 it listed on the HKEX Main Board (02658.HK). TYSiC supplies 6- and 8-inch SiC epi wafers for 600–30,000 V unipolar and bipolar power devices used in EVs, PV, charging, storage, rail, grid and eVTOL. Frost & Sullivan-cited capacity for 6/8-inch epi is about 420,000 wafers/year, among China’s largest. HQ: No.5 Industrial North Road 1, Songshan Lake High-tech Zone, Dongguan, Guangdong.
