The firm develops high-performance insulator materials designed to facilitate faster data transfer and reduce energy consumption in electronics. Its core focus is on creating a new class of thin, low dielectric constant, skew-free substrates for printed circuit boards (PCBs). These materials are engineered at a molecular level to overcome the limitations of conventional insulators. Thintronics' products are supplied to clients in the AI datacenter, high-speed networking, and RF/millimeter-wave (mmW) application markets. The business model centers on providing these materials to enable the development of next-generation products for customers like chipset designers, switch manufacturers, and datacenter integrators.

The company's primary offering is a suite of advanced insulator materials that can be applied as ultra-thin coatings directly onto chips and interconnects.
