Thermopol generates revenue through two primary streams. The first involves direct partnerships with major Brazilian tile manufacturers, where the company injects insulation material into metal roofing tiles before they reach the end customer. The second, and a significant part of its operation, is the on-site application of its insulation systems. Specialized teams are dispatched to project sites to apply polyurethane spray foam directly onto new or existing roofs, including those made of fibrocement, metal, or pre-molded concrete. These teams are equipped to cover an average of 300 square meters per day.

The company's core product is the ZENITERM-20 system, a rigid, self-adhering polyurethane foam applied as a spray to an average thickness of 20mm. This foam is recognized as an effective thermal insulator for temperatures ranging from -50°C to 100°C and is protected by ZENICRIL, a proprietary flame-retardant acrylic paint. The ZENITERM-20 system offers multiple benefits, including a significant reduction of up to 90% in heat transmission through the roof, waterproofing, caulking, and improved structural stability of the roofing material. Furthermore, it has an anti-condensation effect, preventing thermal shock that can cause water dripping inside buildings, thereby protecting assets and improving comfort.
