Terras operates as a global, invite-only network for senior sustainability leaders from business, policy, and finance. Founded in 2024 by Marvin Rottenberg, the organization's mission is to foster climate action through genuine human connection and dialogue.

The company curates intimate, agenda-light gatherings in locations such as Tuscany, New York, Singapore, and Lausanne. These events are designed to build trust and facilitate off-the-record conversations under Chatham House Rules, moving away from typical large-scale conferences. Each gathering convenes a select group of approximately 80 leaders, including C-Suite executives, founders, and ministers from organizations like Starbucks, Rivian, Estée Lauder, Siemens, and Morgan Stanley.

The business model is based on memberships and ticket sales for these exclusive events, with discounts offered to startups and NGOs. Sponsorship packages provide another revenue stream, offering partners direct access to this curated audience of decision-makers.
