Tenet Security is a Tel Aviv cybersecurity company founded in 2025 by CEO Barak Sternberg and CTO Nevo Poran (formerly Cisco AI Defense research; Israel Defense Prize recognition) that builds runtime security for autonomous enterprise AI agents. Its sensor sees OS, network/API and LLM reasoning without gateways, proxies or SDKs, and Agent-Side Simulation (patent pending) projects an agent’s next moves before they hit real infrastructure so dangerous paths can be blocked with an explainable trace. Tenet Threat Labs documented Agentjacking—malicious instructions in email, documents, logs or databases that steer agents within their authorised permissions—and reported validation across more than 100 enterprise environments. Advisors include former CISOs of Robinhood and BNY. In June 2026 Tenet emerged from stealth with $6 million in seed funding led by The Westly Group and MizMaa Ventures to expand the agentic-layer platform.
