Telum Therapeutics is a Noain (Navarre) biotechnology company developing enzybiotics—phage-derived lytic proteins—as alternatives to conventional antibiotics for multidrug-resistant bacterial infections. Its pipeline targets serious Gram-negative pathogens such as Acinetobacter baumannii, Enterobacteriaceae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as well as Gram-positive threats including Staphylococcus aureus and vancomycin-resistant enterococci, progressing assets from discovery through preclinical development toward clinical use. In July 2026 Telum closed an €18 million Series A led by the AMR Action Fund, with Inveready and existing investors Invivo Partners, CDTI-Innvierte, Clave Capital and Sodena, to advance its lead antimicrobial programme into Phase 1 for hospital- and ventilator-associated pneumonia caused by Acinetobacter baumannii.
