Teligene is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing small-molecule targeted therapies for cancers with high unmet medical needs. Founded in 2011 by Dr. Zhang Dawei and Xiaoyang Xia, the company is headquartered in Suzhou, China. Dr. Zhang previously served as a chief scientist at Amgen, a major global biopharmaceutical company.

The company's core business revolves around the research, development, and industrialization of innovative drugs, particularly for cancers that lack effective treatment options. Teligene's product pipeline includes multiple new drug projects in various stages of clinical development, targeting cancers such as lung cancer, breast cancer, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. A key technological advantage is its use of advanced computer-assisted new drug screening combined with a deep understanding of drug R&D to design novel anti-tumor drug candidates. Many of the company's projects feature unique brain permeability, offering potential new treatments for patients with tumor brain metastases.
