Teaminside Group is a human resources firm specializing in digital talent, founded in 2011 by Jean-Sébastien Hongre and Frédérick Benichou. In 2017, Teaminside merged with Aravati, a digital skills recruitment firm founded by Hymane Ben Aoun, to form Teaminside Group, co-presided by Hongre and Ben Aoun. The company rebranded to Humanskills and is led by a management team that includes Jean-Sébastien Hongre, Hymane Ben Aoun, Anne Sidi, Cécile Lachan, and Hélène Pérez.

The group operates on a model of placing salaried digital experts on long-term assignments within client companies to aid their digital transformation. This model provides businesses with necessary digital skills while offering consultants career development and the stability of a permanent contract. Teaminside Group serves major corporations like L'Oréal, Société Générale, Samsung, and Air France, as well as medium-sized enterprises. Its business model combines consulting, headhunting, transition management, and personnel delegation.

Since its inception, the group has expanded through strategic acquisitions. It acquired La Relève, Elevate Agency, and Monsieur Guiz in 2020 to broaden its service offerings in data, product management, and recruitment of junior talent. This was followed by the integration of media and data transition management specialist, The Good Will, in 2021. The company's services cover a wide range of digital competencies, including project management, UX/UI, SEO, digital marketing, and development. With offices in Paris, Lille, and Montréal, the group has grown to over 300 consultants.
