Team Inside, founded in 2011 by serial entrepreneurs Frédérick Benichou and Jean-Sébastien Hongre, operates as a specialized consultancy firm focused on aiding companies in their digital transformation. The founders, both graduates of HEC Paris, have a long history of collaboration, having previously established the pioneering web agency Planète Interactive in the mid-90s, which they later sold to Isobar. This background in the digital agency world informed their creation of Team Inside, aiming to offer a more integrated model than traditional agencies. Benichou's experience also includes founding the digital learning platform Coorpacademy, while Hongre has a diverse background that includes agriculture and authorship alongside his entrepreneurial ventures in the digital space.

Team Inside's revenue is generated by providing its clients, which range from large corporations like Heineken and Fnac to e-commerce players, with specialized digital professionals. These experts, who are employees of Team Inside, take on roles such as online category manager, CRM project manager, UI designer, and SEO specialist. The firm supports its clients across three main verticals: the provision of digital talent for variable-length missions, corporate training on digital culture and social media, and strategic consulting on organization and HR. The company ensures its mission directors are seasoned industry experts rather than salespeople, fostering a deeper understanding of client needs.

Headquartered in Paris, Team Inside has grown to approximately 300 employees and has engaged in several acquisitions to expand its service offerings, including Elevate Agency and Pop For You. In 2022, Team Inside itself became part of the Brainsonic group, which was subsequently acquired by the data marketing expert DÉKUPLE group.
