About Taiyi Quantum

Taiyi Quantum is a Shanghai-based startup building ytterbium-based neutral-atom quantum computers, using laser-trapped atoms held in optical tweezers as qubits. It was founded by Liu Hongbin, a former Microsoft Azure Quantum software architect, and targets applications in cryptographic security, chemical simulation and quantum machine learning.
