Over its history, T-REX has secured significant financial backing, raising a total of $77.2 million over six funding rounds. A notable milestone was its $40 million Series C round in January 2022, led by Riverstone Holdings, with participation from existing investors like Citi and Viola FinTech. This funding was aimed at accelerating the company's growth in supporting sustainable infrastructure and private credit markets. In a strategic move to enhance its market position, T-REX was acquired by Finsight Group Inc. in April 2024. This acquisition integrates T-REX's cash flow modeling and collateral analytics with Finsight's established structured finance transaction services, aiming to offer a more comprehensive and cost-effective solution to the industry.
