Syscloud, registered as 稀思云（北京）计算科技有限公司, is a Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) provider established in 2012 by founder and CEO He Xin. The firm has positioned itself as a key player in China's cloud networking sector, focusing on simplifying and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure in an increasingly digitized and multi-cloud environment. In December 2016, the company secured a significant milestone with a Series A financing round of 150 million RMB, led by investors including Chenhui Capital, Fortune Capital (Dachen Chuangtou), and others, which underscored confidence in its strategic direction.

The company's business model is centered on delivering comprehensive, subscription-based NaaS solutions that allow enterprises to consume network services with the same flexibility and on-demand nature as cloud computing. The SysCXP cloud exchange platform is a key product, providing enterprises with efficient and secure connectivity to a wide array of public cloud providers, including domestic giants like Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud, as well as international players like AWS and Azure. This platform is complemented by the Fusion WAN solution, which intelligently integrates various network types—from traditional MPLS to internet and 5G—into a cohesive and manageable wide area network. This integrated infrastructure boasts over 200 global Points of Presence (PoPs), a 6,000+ km domestic backbone network, and connections to more than 16 public clouds, enabling services like SD-WAN, hybrid and multi-cloud networking, and optimized application access.
