SWAPP is a Tel Aviv-based technology company, founded in 2019, that operates in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) market. It provides an AI-powered platform to automate and streamline the creation of architectural construction documents. The company was established by serial entrepreneurs Eitan Tsarfati, Adi Shavit, and Noam Gat. CEO Eitan Tsarfati, a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a degree in Architecture and of Harvard Business School's General Management Program, brings extensive experience from his previous roles as an architect and as the founder of CmyCasa, which was acquired by Autodesk. This background provided him with firsthand knowledge of the inefficiencies in the architectural planning process, directly influencing SWAPP's mission.

The company's core offering is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that serves architecture firms, real estate developers, and construction companies. The business model is centered on helping these clients increase productivity and profitability by significantly reducing the time spent on creating detailed plans. The platform automates repetitive and time-consuming tasks in the documentation phase, allowing architects to focus on creative design. It analyzes a firm's past projects to learn its specific design standards and then applies these rules to new projects, automatically generating detailed construction documents and 3D models that integrate with software like Revit. This process, which traditionally takes months, can be reduced to a matter of weeks or even less.

SWAPP's platform is capable of generating feasibility studies, complete construction documents, 3D renderings, and environmental impact analyses. It targets verticals such as multifamily residential projects and educational facilities. Since its inception, the company has raised a total of $18.5 million, concluding an $11.5 million Series A round in May 2023. This funding round was led by Eurazeo and included participation from existing investor Entrée Capital, as well as new investors Activum SG Ventures and XTX Ventures.
