For nearly a decade, the founders bootstrapped the company before securing their first external funding in November 2024, raising approximately £3.3-£4.2 million in a Series A round led by Praetura Ventures. The firm's product suite includes two primary offerings: Spectre and Street.co.uk. Spectre is a market-leading prospecting and marketing tool that helps agents generate instructions through automated multi-channel campaigns, including direct mail, email, and social media. A key feature is its AI-powered 'Propensity to Sell' model, which predicts when a property might enter the market. Street.co.uk is a comprehensive CRM platform for sales, lettings, property management, and client accounting. It provides a transparent, 24/7 portal for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to track their transactions, book appointments, and manage their properties, aiming to reduce stress and improve communication. The pricing for Street.co.uk is flexible, based on an agency's business activity rather than a fixed per-user fee.
