About Stilta

Stilta is a Stockholm agentic AI company for patent litigation, enforcement, defence and commercialisation. Founded by former McKinsey engineers Oskar Block (CEO), Tobias Estreen, Petrus Werner and Oscar Adamsson, its agents reason across patents, scientific literature and archived web content to surface infringement, prior art, freedom-to-operate and licensing evidence with pinpoint citations for IP teams. Since launching in February 2026 it has worked with enterprises including Roche, Alfa Laval and Maersk and major IP firms; deployment options include cloud, private cloud or on-premise, and customer data is not used to train models. In May 2026 Stilta raised a $10.5 million Seed led by Andreessen Horowitz, with Y Combinator (W26) and operators from Sana, Legora, OpenAI, Lovable and Listen Labs, to hire engineers, go-to-market and patent experts in Stockholm and New York.
