In September 2023, SPIN Global reached a pivotal moment when it was acquired by Bird Global, Inc., a leader in environmentally friendly electric transportation. This acquisition allowed SPIN to continue operating as an independent subsidiary under the SPIN brand, ensuring the preservation of its unique culture and community-driven approach.
