ENlighten operates a business platform that connects renewable energy project owners with market players, focusing on deal structuring and pooling pipelines. The company provides financial consulting and project management services, including business site reviews, equipment sales, power broking, and demand resource trading. A core offering is its 'SOLAR CHAMP' platform, a power asset management tool that holds a significant 26.3% share of the domestic solar energy market in South Korea. This platform allows solar plant owners to monitor their facilities, estimate power output using deep-learning technology, and manage revenue in real-time. It serves a fragmented market of small-to-medium-sized solar operators, creating economies of scale by integrating them into a single platform. ENlighten's business model is expanding towards an Energy as a Service (EaaS) subscription model, combining electricity, gas, and telecommunications.

The company's services cater to a range of clients, from small self-employed solar farm operators to large corporations. ENlighten has established notable partnerships, including working with Naver, Hanwha Solutions, and SK Telecom. It has also signed a third-party Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Naver and provides RE100 solutions to major companies like Lotte Global Logistics, Hyundai Motor, and KT&G. As a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) solutions provider, ENlighten uses its technology to accurately forecast power generation based on weather data, enhancing the profitability of its customers' renewable energy assets and contributing to the stabilization of energy markets.
